Limited Warranty

GUSGU warrants to the original consumer purchaser that GUSGU products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal consumer use for the applicable warranty period identified in the "Warranty Period" section below, subject to the exceptions set forth below.

This warranty statement sets forth the full and exclusive warranty obligations of GUSGU. We do not assume, nor do we authorize anyone to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.

Warranty Period

GUSGU power supply products are warranted for a period of 24 months. In each case, the warranty period begins to run from the date of purchase by the original consumer. In order to determine the start date of the warranty period, a sales receipt or other reasonable documented proof of the consumer's first purchase is required.

Exchange of Goods

If any GUSGU product fails to function within the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or materials, GUSGU will replace it (at GUSGU's expense). The replacement assumes the remainder of the original product's warranty.

Limited to the original consumer purchaser

The warranty on GUSGU products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions

• misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, or use for any purpose other than normal consumer use as authorized in GUSGU's current product literature.

• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized agency.

• Any product purchased through an online auction house.

• GUSGU's warranty does not apply to the battery unit unless you fully charge the battery unit within 7 days of purchasing the product and at least every 6 months thereafter.
